This is my favorite of the lists that we have done this year.

We were talking about taking care of different parts of ourselves– to be our best we all need physical, intellectual, and emotional health.

So we brainstormed ways that we can do this so that we can have balance in our lives.

These are all student ideas.  I just wrote them down on the blackboard so we could illustrate and do some writing about them.

It’s a pretty good list.

I think it’s pretty much all I need.

Let me also add to the list (for those of you reading this in hopes of gaining some wisdom) that every once in a while a person ought to ask questions of Kindergartners, and really listen to the answers.
